Delhi government plans to partner with tech firms and startups to deploy AI tools in healthcare, education, and urban governance, boosting efficiency and service delivery.

In a strategic collaboration, the Delhi government is moving forward with plans to partner with technology companies and startups to build artificial intelligence (AI) tools across multiple sectors.

The intent behind the move is to improve public service delivery, streamline governance processes and introduce data-driven solutions across healthcare, education and urban management.

AI Push Across Governance and Public Services

The government is prospecting partnerships to use AI-led solutions to support decision-making & enhance efficiency across key departments. Focus areas include traffic management, pollution monitoring, healthcare diagnostics and education systems.

The government is willing to work closely with startups and established technology firms to co-develop tools made for Delhi’s administrative needs. Authorities are also assessing how AI can help reduce manual workload, improve response times and enable predictive analytics in civic operations.

The step aligns with comprehensive plans to integrate new-age technologies into governance frameworks, as cities across India increase investments in digital infrastructure.

Collaboration Model and Implementation Strategy

The proposed model will include pilot projects, followed by phased implementation based on performance outcomes.
