The clinic is the result of a strategic partnership between Shanghai-based medical technology firm Synyi AI and Saudi Arabia's Almoosa Health Group. Patients engage with Dr Hua through a tablet interface, detailing their symptoms and undergoing diagnostic procedures such as cardiograms and X-rays, facilitated by human medical staff. While Dr Hua independently formulates treatment plans, each recommendation undergoes review and approval by a licensed human doctor to ensure accuracy and pateint safety.
