Mivi One 5G is set to launch in India today, bringing together a Snapdragon 5G chipset, 50MP dual camera, 6,000mAh battery and Android 16 in a smartphone. Mivi is also putting a strong focus on after-sales support through its Mivi Care+ programme. The phone is aimed at users looking for 5G performance, a clean Android experience and long battery life in one device.
Mivi One 5G gets Snapdragon 5G platform
At the centre of the Mivi One 5G is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 5G chipset. Mivi describes it as the only Snapdragon 5G smartphone in its segment, with the focus on dependable everyday performance and 5G connectivity.

The phone is also paired with a Qualcomm Adreno GPU, which Mivi says is designed to deliver sustained gaming performance. This is intended to help with graphics-heavy games while keeping everyday tasks such as streaming, browsing and multitasking smooth. The Mivi One 5G comes with 128GB of storage across its variants, giving users room for apps, photos, videos and other content.
50MP dual camera takes the spotlight
Photography is another major part of the Mivi One 5G pitch. The smartphone features a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup, with the primary camera positioned as the main photography sensor.
Mivi is promoting the camera system as a premium photography experience for its segment. The company has referred to it as a “world-class” camera, while detailed information about the secondary sensor has remained limited in the pre-launch teasers.
Android 16 without a heavy software layer
The Mivi One 5G runs Android 16, giving it access to Google’s latest Android platform at launch. Mivi is also emphasising a pure Android experience rather than relying on a heavily customised interface. For buyers who prefer a straightforward smartphone interface, this could mean fewer changes between the phone’s software and the standard Android experience.
6,000mAh battery for longer use
Powering the Mivi One 5G is a 6,000mAh battery, designed for users who spend long hours on their smartphones. The large battery is aimed at everyday activities such as video streaming, social media, gaming, calls and 5G connectivity.

Mivi has also focused on the phone’s calling experience with its Mivi Neural Voice Engine, Supercall. The technology is designed to isolate the user’s voice in noisy surroundings, helping make conversations clearer even in loud environments.
Mivi Care+ adds a replacement-first approach
One of the more notable parts of the Mivi One 5G launch is the company’s Mivi Care+ programme. Every buyer gets a one-year warranty at no extra cost, along with access to more than 500 service centres across India.
Mivi is also offering a seven-day replacement policy, with the company highlighting a “replaced, not repaired” approach during the initial replacement period. The brand has said that customers will be able to track service requests digitally through the Mivi Care+ app. It has also announced free doorstep pickup and return service across more than 19,000 PIN codes.
The Mivi One 5G marks the company’s move from its established audio-products business into smartphones. With Snapdragon 5G, a 50MP dual camera, Android 16, 128GB storage, a 6,000mAh battery and an expanded service promise, Mivi One 5G is looking to make its debut count in India’s competitive market.
