Zoho has rolled out a significant upgrade to Zoho One, its all-in-one business software suite, introducing a redesigned user experience and deeper intelligence features aimed at simplifying collaboration and boosting productivity. The refreshed platform delivers a seamless, context-driven interface across more than 50 applications, placing user workflows at the centre of the experience.
Hariharan Muralimanohar, Global Head of Marketing for Zoho One, said the update reflects how workplaces are shifting from individual apps to integrated platforms. “Customers are not just licensing apps with Zoho One. They are licensing peace of mind. They expect Zoho to take care of the technology part and let them be productive. Our enhancements deliver exactly that—unified integrations, context and data,” he said.
Launched in 2017, Zoho One has grown into a core operating system for more than 75,000 businesses worldwide, with companies typically using over 22 apps each. Its appeal lies in Zoho’s ownership of its entire technology stack, enabling consistent performance, privacy, and compliance while ensuring deep, reliable integrations across the suite.

AI at the Core: Zia Becomes the Intelligence Layer
The latest version introduces unification across intelligence, user experience, and integrations. At the intelligence level, Zoho’s AI assistant Zia now plays a central role. Zia can aggregate data from multiple Zoho and third-party apps to deliver a single, actionable response, helping teams break down data silos and accelerate decision-making.
The platform also gains Zia Hubs, an intelligent content management system that automatically organises and surfaces relevant information. Executed contracts from Zoho Sign or recordings from Zoho Meeting, for example, are automatically sorted into appropriate folders and can be retrieved through Zia Search.
Ask Zia—now available directly from the bottom toolbar—lets users query tasks, schedules, meeting notes, and app updates through prompt-based searches. The feature uses contextual intelligence from the entire Zoho ecosystem to offer tailored recommendations and insights.
A More Connected, Context-Aware User Experience
Zoho One’s new UX introduces “Spaces,” an organised way to group applications based on purpose. A Personal space houses individual productivity tools, while an Organisation space brings together company-wide communication apps such as Forums, Town Hall and Ideas. Department-specific spaces for HR, Marketing, Finance and others help employees navigate tools relevant to their roles. All Spaces are customisable, allowing organisations to shape the interface to their needs.
The update also adds a universal Action Panel accessible from any Zoho app. Users can view upcoming meetings, unfinished tasks, scheduled messages, and emails in one place. Meanwhile, an expanded Dashboard brings data from all connected apps into a single, personalised view with custom widgets.
Zoho has also introduced Vani, a visual-first virtual space designed to enhance collaboration.

Native Integrations and Simplified Administration
Strengthening its integration layer, Zoho One now includes a centralised integration panel for administrators to monitor, create and configure connections across Zoho and third-party tools. A new Unified Portal allows users to manage multiple app-specific portals from a single screen, while domain verification has been simplified through assisted single-click setup.
New workflow-driven integrations—such as Smart Offboarding—help automate complex, cross-app processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions with guided flows that manage permissions, device data and access.
The updated Administration Console, powered by Zoho Directory, adds enterprise-grade controls including anomaly detection, Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) and comprehensive audit logs.
Strong Growth in India
Zoho One has recorded a 27% compounded annual growth rate in India over the past eight years, with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics emerging as the most widely used applications. The suite now supports 12 Indian languages, including Tamil, Kannada, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati and Hindi, strengthening accessibility for regional businesses.
