AI Summit 2026: NPCI Extends ‘UPI One World’ Wallet to International Delegates
NPCI rolls out its ‘UPI One World’ wallet for international delegates at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 in New Delhi, enabling real-time digital payments without an Indian bank account.

The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) rolled out its ‘UPI One World’ wallet service for international delegates attending the India AI Impact Summit 2026 in New Delhi.

The initiative enables inbound foreign travellers from over 40 countries to make real-time Person-to-Merchant (P2M) digital payments across India without an Indian bank account or a local mobile number.

She added that the initiative also demonstrates how seamless cross-border payment solutions can contribute to a more connected global digital economy.
