Noida International Airport has announced a partnership with ride-hailing platform Rapido to offer passengers smoother and faster last-mile connectivity. The collaboration aims to ensure travellers can move effortlessly from the arrival gates to their onwards destinations, backed by tech-enabled services. As part of the initiative, Rapido will set up dedicated pick-up zones within the airport premises. These zones will be supported by on-ground assistance and clear wayfinding guides to help passengers quickly locate their rides.
Convenience from Gate to Ride
To further enhance the travel experience, driver-partners will be given designated parking spaces, reducing wait times and improving efficiency. Passengers can expect the convenience of app-based bookings, real-time ride tracking, and cashless transactions—available around the clock.
Christoph Schnellmann, CEO of Noida International Airport, expressed confidence in the collaboration, saying, “Our partnership with Rapido enables us to offer app-based mobility options that are accessible to all. Passengers will benefit from convenient, tech-enabled last-mile services that are well integrated into the airport ecosystem.”
Competitive Fares and Better Earnings
Rajiv Bhyri, AVP – Cabs at Rapido, highlighted the benefits for both passengers and driver-partners. “With dedicated pick-up zones, real-time tracking, cashless payments, and 24/7 availability, our platform ensures that travellers have access to last-mile connectivity. Our SaaS-based model also enables more competitive fares for passengers while supporting better earnings for our driver-partners,” he said.
This move positions Noida International Airport as an early adopter of integrated mobility services, promising a hassle-free and modern travel experience for its passengers.
