CIAL 2.0: Pioneering Cybersecurity Measures
At the heart of CIAL 2.0 is the establishment of India's first Cyber Defence Operations Centre (CDOC) within an airport. Developed in collaboration with the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), the CDOC provides real-time threat intelligence and 24/7 monitoring to safeguard against cyber threats, setting a national benchmark in airport cybersecurity resilience.
Smart Immigration: A 20-Second Process
In a bid to expedite immigration procedures, CIAL is set to implement the Ministry of Home Affairs' Fast Track Immigration-Trusted Traveller Programme. This initiative will introduce smart gates equipped with biometric authentication, allowing eligible travellers to complete immigration in just 20 seconds, significantly reducing processing times.
