India and the United States are planning to expand cooperation in artificial intelligence (AI) and critical minerals under a framework called “Pax Silica”.

The move comes as both countries work to strengthen technology partnerships and secure supply chains. The initiative reflects a broader push to align on emerging technologies and reduce dependence on limited global sources for key resources.
