Chhattisgarh has introduced 24x7 Smart PDS grain ATMs in Raipur, Durg and Bilaspur, allowing eligible ration card holders to collect their monthly rice quota at any time of the day. The new system uses biometric authentication to verify beneficiaries before dispensing food grains. It is designed
