It plans to increase its total data centre capacity to 307 MW by 2031-32 across Manesar, Panchkula and Rai. The expansion will be supported by a planned investment of about $2.1 billion.
Investment to Boost Digital Infrastructure
The company said the new Rs 20,000 crore investment is separate from its ongoing expansion plans. According to Anant Raj, the project will help build modern data centres and strengthen Haryana’s digital infrastructure. It will also support the growing demand for data storage, cloud services and digital connectivity.
Haryana Pushes Technology Investments
The event was chaired by Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and attended by Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh. The company said the investment will help make Haryana a stronger destination for technology investments and digital innovation.
Andhra Pradesh Data Centre Project
Last year, Anant Raj also signed an agreement with the Andhra Pradesh government for new data centre facilities and an IT park. Under that project, its subsidiary Anant Raj Cloud Pvt Ltd will invest around Rs 4,500 crore in two phases to develop data centre infrastructure and cloud services.
