PRAMA India, an indigenous video security and surveillance company, is set to display its latest Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled video monitoring solutions at the 33rd Convergence India Expo 2026. The participation highlights the growing role of digital surveillance in India’s smart-city and public-safety programmes.

India’s urban centres are increasingly adopting digital technologies to improve infrastructure management, traffic monitoring and law enforcement. Government initiatives focused on smart cities, urban mobility and digital governance are driving demand for integrated surveillance systems and intelligent monitoring platforms.

PRAMA’s solutions are designed to support these developments through AI-powered video security technologies that enable real-time monitoring and automated alerts, inspiring trust in their role in smart city growth.

AI-Based Video Monitoring for Urban Security

PRAMA integrates Artificial Intelligence into its surveillance systems to support advanced video analysis and faster incident detection. Its AISENSE camera systems are designed to analyse video feeds and identify events such as vehicle movement, suspicious activity and security breaches.

The technology enables automated alerts that help authorities respond more quickly to incidents. Such systems are increasingly being used across city surveillance projects, public transport networks and urban monitoring systems.

AI-enabled video monitoring also helps reduce false alarms and improve situational awareness in public spaces, including road intersections, transit hubs and commercial districts.

Integrated Security Solutions for Smart City Infrastructure

PRAMA provides a range of surveillance solutions designed for urban infrastructure management, traffic monitoring and law enforcement support. These include city surveillance platforms, mobile enforcement systems, and traffic-monitoring cameras used to track vehicle movement and assist with traffic regulation. The company’s Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) cameras help monitor road conditions and detect incidents that may disrupt traffic flow.

PRAMA also offers “RanginView”, a full-colour video technology that captures clear images even in low-light conditions. The feature supports monitoring in areas with limited visibility. The company focuses on domestic manufacturing and technology development in India, aligning with national initiatives that promote local production and the growth of digital infrastructure.

PRAMA will present these solutions at the 33rd Convergence India Expo 2026, where technology companies, government agencies and industry stakeholders will explore digital platforms supporting smart cities, urban safety and connected infrastructure.

The Smart Future Cities India Expo, featured at the Convergence India Expo, is expected to attract over 50,000 attendees, with participation from 1,000 exhibitors and participants, including 200 startups, 200 speakers and representation from 25 countries. The event will feature 50 conference sessions focused on digital infrastructure, smart city technologies and emerging innovations.
