Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is in early discussions with Starlink to explore partnership opportunities for satellite backhaul and enterprise internet services in India. Sources said executives from BSNL and Starlink recently held preliminary talks. The discussions focused on using satellite technology for wireless backhaul and
