The Government of Meghalaya has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Starlink, the satellite internet venture led by Elon Musk, to pilot satellite communication (satcom) services in the state’s remote regions. The collaboration aims to bring reliable broadband connectivity to underserved areas, with an
