As cyberattacks become more sophisticated and frequent in the AI era, enterprises are facing growing pressure to secure their users, devices and data against increasingly complex threats. Against this backdrop, Airtel Business, the B2B arm of Bharti Airtel, has launched Airtel Secure Workforce — a fully managed and unified Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) security platform designed for enterprises in India.
Positioned as the country’s first end-to-end managed Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) platform, Airtel Secure Workforce combines connectivity, cybersecurity and compliance into a single solution aimed at helping organisations strengthen security while reducing operational complexity and costs.
According to the company, more than two million cybersecurity incidents were reported globally in 2025 alone, highlighting the increasing scale and speed of modern cyber threats. The new platform has been developed to help enterprises defend against AI-powered attacks while supporting secure operations across hybrid work environments.

Powered by Airtel’s pan-India network infrastructure and backed by 24×7 security monitoring, the platform is designed to protect endpoints across users, devices, applications, networks and enterprise data. Airtel said the solution also supports compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act through features such as audit-grade logs, data movement controls and structured incident response workflows.
Airtel Business said the platform addresses key enterprise cybersecurity challenges, including fragmented security tools, alert fatigue and the shortage of skilled cybersecurity professionals. By bringing multiple security functions under a single managed framework, the company aims to simplify security management while improving visibility and response capabilities.

Sharat Sinha, CEO of Airtel Business, said enterprises are under increasing pressure to secure end users and devices against constantly evolving cyber threats. “Building on our leadership in secure connectivity and cybersecurity, we have designed Airtel Secure Workforce to protect users, data and devices anytime, anywhere. The solution offers end-to-end protection that combines connectivity and managed security backed by 24×7 expert vigilance,” he said.
He added that the unified platform approach could help enterprise customers optimise up to 30% of their security spending while allowing them to focus on core business growth. The platform also includes endpoint detection and response capabilities, secure remote access and monitoring across email, web, applications and devices. In addition, enterprises will gain visibility into unsanctioned cloud services and AI applications through a centralised dashboard that provides a unified view of users, endpoints, networks and data activity.

As part of the launch, Airtel Business also introduced the Airtel Secure Workforce Centre of Excellence (CoE), a live demonstration environment hosted on Airtel Cloud. The CoE will allow enterprises to experience and evaluate the platform before deploying it at scale.
With enterprises increasingly shifting toward hybrid work models and AI-driven operations, Airtel’s latest offering reflects the growing demand for integrated cybersecurity platforms that combine compliance, visibility and managed protection under a single architecture.
