Officials from the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) highlighted the rapid growth of the state’s innovation landscape.
Nearly 50 per cent of start-ups in Haryana are women-led. Moreover, there are 40+ incubators and accelerators that support early-stage ventures across key districts.
“Haryana ranks among the top start-up destinations in India, with strong showings on the NITI Aayog India Innovation Index and in the Business Reforms Action Plan evaluations,” said the spokesperson.
Authorities also indicated plans to develop incubation and innovation facilities at major industrial hubs, including the Industrial Model Townships (IMTs) at Sohna, Kharkhoda and Manesar, where land has been marked to support integrated start-up infrastructure.

Infrastructure, Funding and Support Measures
At the roundtable, stakeholders were seen discussing mechanisms to improve funding readiness for enterprises, investor onboarding and open access to global markets.
AI-driven support systems and structured engagement channels with government departments were among the topics explored to help start-ups prepare for scaling operations.
The said incubation infrastructure is equipped to build Haryana’s established industrial base in sectors such as automobiles, electronics, IT and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITeS), agri-tech, food processing and healthcare.
Plug-and-play facilities and mentorship networks form part of this expansion strategy.
