Perplexity AI founder Aravind Srinivas has entered into a $400 million agreement with Snapchat. The partnership will see Perplexity’s search engine technology embedded directly into Snapchat’s messaging interface. Starting in January 2026, this integration will make Perplexity the default AI search tool inside Snapchat chats, allowing users to look up information and get answers without ever leaving the app.
