Meta Platforms has appointed Arun Srinivas as Managing Director and Head for India, effective July 1, 2025. Previously, he served as the Director and Head of Ads Business in India. He will report directly to Sandhya Devanathan, who recently took on expanded responsibilities overseeing both India and Southeast Asia. In his new role, Srinivas will oversee Meta’s business strategy, innovation drive, and revenue operations across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. His objective is to deepen partnerships with advertisers, developers, and key industry stakeholders while fuelling Meta’s long-term growth in India. Srinivas, an IIM Kolkata alumnus, brings nearly 30 years of experience spanning marketing and sales leadership roles at Hindustan Unilever, Reebok, Ola, and WestBridge Capital.
