Bengaluru-based artificial intelligence startup Simplismart has raised $14 million in a Series B funding round led by Dallas Venture Capital, with participation from NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax.
The company will use the capital to strengthen its AI inference platform, expand partnerships with cloud providers and sovereign AI players, and grow its presence in North America and other global markets.

Simplismart Funding to Strengthen AI Infrastructure
Simplismart develops software that helps businesses run AI applications more efficiently by improving how AI models use graphics processing units (GPUs), the computing chips that power these systems.
Its platform sits between AI models and the underlying computing infrastructure, helping businesses balance operating costs, response times and performance. It also lets cloud providers offer managed AI services on their existing GPU infrastructure without building the software themselves.
The funding comes as businesses increasingly look for affordable ways to run AI applications at scale, particularly as open-weight models give enterprises more control over how they deploy AI.
Simplismart said its annualised revenue run rate grew 14-fold over the past six months. Its customers include HeyGen, Higgsfield, InVideo, Shiprocket, Apna and Ema, which use the platform for video, voice, multimodal and enterprise AI applications.

NVIDIA Partnership and Expansion Plans
Simplismart works with NVIDIA to help cloud providers deploy and manage AI infrastructure at scale. Unlike companies that purchase or reserve GPU capacity and resell it, Simplismart does not own computing infrastructure. Instead, it provides software that lets providers turn their existing GPU resources into AI services.
The company’s technology is also used by Yotta Data Services to power the serverless inference layer of Shakti Studio. The service lets customers run AI models without managing the underlying infrastructure.
Simplismart is developing a dynamic GPU scheduling system that matches AI workloads with available computing capacity across regions and time zones. The aim is to help cloud providers use their GPUs more efficiently.
Co-founder and chief executive Amritanshu Jain said businesses now need to focus not just on accessing AI models but also on the cost, speed and reliability of running them.
The new funding will support further development of the inference platform, stronger cloud partnerships and international expansion.
Simplismart’s growth highlights the commercial importance of making AI applications affordable to operate, rather than simply developing more capable models. As businesses move AI tools into everyday operations, the cost and reliability of running them will remain important considerations.
